Automotive Interiors Rapid Prototyping China

Rapid prototyping of automotive industry exteriors and interiors can be achieved through rapid 3 axis CNC machining, 4 axis CNC machining and 5 axis CNC machining; there are also small volume requirement which is to meet the planning of show car models or testing purpose, this can be made by vacuum casting through silicone molds. For higher volume machining, there is Reaction injection molding which is seldom available in Southern China, but Kaiao is the one with such ability equipped.

CNC is a rapid machining method to get a sample or prototype to verify the design or testing. Most of the automotive exteriors and interiors will use ABS as the material, which is cheap and easy to machine. For the complicated structure, even use ABS can be split and glue together without breaking the strength of the parts. The longest part that we can machine is 1400*700*600mm which is normally the length of a car part. The post finishing that we offer for automotive parts is widely chosen and our experience in painting big parts is quite rich and professional.
